Marlen Nebelung Consulting – out of enthusiasm for people, organizations and their potentials for development – passionate psychological “bridge builder” – with high intensity, humour and seriousness. In cooperation with a vast network of long-term professional colleagues.
Psychology – in particular positive psychology –, systemic schools of thought, public health, art, and organizational sociology are the central anchors of my work.
My consulting work is based on more than 25 years of experience both as a freelance consultant and as an employee and executive in enterprises.

Consulting in various corporate contexts: in small, medium-sized and large organizations in both the public and the private sector, foundations, NGOs – both in-house and as an external consultant.
In the past, long-term internal experience as an employee and executive in the Deutsche Bahn (DB Group) and in the Bundesdruckerei (German Federal Printing Office).
Manifold experience in the conception and implementation of leadership trainings, workshops, and moderations as well as in the monitoring of teams and development- and change projects, and in Systemic Coaching.

The preparation and moderation of the “Forum Raumwissenschaften” (Urban and Real Estate Management Forum) by Marlen Nebelung in cooperation with e-fect was extremely effective, efficient and pleasant. With the aid of the methods contributed by Marlen Nebelung, the newly developed daily schedule and her calm and consistent moderation, we succeeded in bringing the “Forum Raumwissenschaften” a huge step forward in the desired direction. We look forward to continuing the cooperation at the next opportunity.
COOPERATION PARTNERS
Jörg Reckhenrich and I have not only developed the format 'coaching before art' together but also training development programs that draw their sustainability from working with art. We loved and enjoyed it so much that we jointly founded PPArts GmbH in 2020.
Together with the colleagues of OrgaNeo we "play in big teams". Discursively we develop with our customers well thought-out structural solutions for current challenges.
Through the Trainersozietät Berlin and Ina Jachmann there are always new interesting encounters and joint projects in Berlin.
Since we studied, various cooperations with Christian Hoffmann and the company e-fect have been established, especially for customers from the green economy and on environmental psychological topics.
Markus Ebner and his team have developed the PERMA Lead Concept - certified by him and in cooperation with him I carry out PERMA-Lead potential analyses, e.g. as an element of your leadership development.
Uli Harnacke Unternehmerberatung with the team pro3 stands for moderation and process support with a wide range of topics. Currently we work together on the implementation of a knowledge management.
Together with Frank Solms Nebelung: Nebelung Kommunikation GmbH I work in the context of media, crisis and conflict consulting - i.e. in constellations in which a tactically balanced, politically effective communication is relevant.
Nadine Drietchen, Kristina Schlegel and I love to work together on conceptions for interventions and to accompany change processes from complementary psychological perspectives.
